Moderator’s First Post

I am finally doing what the Holy Spirit has been leading me to do in the area of writing my own blog posts to the “People Get Ready” site. Up until now I have not written my own posts but have  posted the content of other fine Christian writers. That is fine and I still encourage others to join in and write content for this blog.

What I am getting so far from the Holy Spirit is that I will be writing a journal as I daily seek the face of God. I am… Read the rest of the story

Not only history confirms the bible, but details in science provide evidence as well. For… Read the rest of the story

By Robert Kiser

This is a concern that I have came across many times. So I am going to provide a few logical reasons why I personally accept the bible is the word of God.

I can understand why many people claim the Bible isn’t the actual word of God because it was written by mankind. For example if someone questioned me personally who authored the Book of Acts? I’d declare Luke wrote the Book of Acts. So how can I name a man as the author and after that turn around and say that it is… Read the rest of the story
