IT IS FINISHED!

IT IS FINISHED!

As I was praying about this lesson asking the Lord what should I say to the people He said Tell them about my Son, tell them how He ran His course, tell them that He had a plan, and then I heard, tell them that I came in the volume of the book, tell them I came being holy ghost filled, anointed and appointed to preach the gospel to the poor.

To heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, I came to give recover of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty them that are bruised, I came to bring order to confusion, peace in your storm, victory in your despair and to bring light into your darkness. He said it wasn’t by happenstance that My father choose Me just as it’s not by happenstance He choose you to finish your course.

When (I) Jesus said, It is finished, I meant, I’ve done My job, and yes, it’s finished, tell somebody, look at your neighbor and say, I’m going to finish, it might not look pretty, but I’m going to finish, and yes there is going to be some rough times and even times when you want to quit, as a matter if you would have seen me you would of thought I had given up, but I didn’t. Matthew 26:38-44 My soul is exceeding sorrowful.

But even then, I pressed my way through, Oh I didn’t do it by Myself. See when it got hard I cried to my friends, momma, drugs, alcohol, women, but it wasn’t until I called on My Daddy, the way maker and the problem solver that a difference was made.

Three times I prayed Luke 22: 43 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. You see I can’t stop, I must be about My Father’s business because God’s will has to be accomplished in my life.” Earlier in John 17:4, Jesus said, “The way I glorify God is to accomplish the work that he gave me to do.”

The Apostle Paul, as he came to the close of his life, wrote similar words in II Timothy 4:7, “I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race; I have kept the faith. Henceforth is laid up for me a crown of righteousness.”

No matter how imperfect we might be, no matter how sinful we might be, no matter how many shortcomings we have, finish the race.

I know people talk, call you loser, and kick you when you’re down but finish that which God has given you to run, God wants us to finish our race. Christ didn’t die for nothing, he didn’t die for you to give up or give out.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

I must finish it John 16:7, 13 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient(proper under the circumstances) for you that I go away : for if I go not away , the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart , I will send him unto you.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come , he will guide you into all truth.

So no longer will you be able to say ‘I just can’t make, it too hard, I want to quit or nobody understands, 2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.SO THAT I MAY, FINISH MY COURSE!
